seeking room 700 all utilities paid (Staatsburg)

Quiet, very busy female, over 50, working full time, taking night classes, 2 clean cats (adults)car, artist, not a partier, keeps to myself, clean, going through divorce, no kids, doesn’t invite anyone over.
Looking for a room, I’m easy going, helpful, cannot afford much till divorce is over.
Hopefully month to month basis.
Will be looking to move in a few months.
