Overview:
The Westport, Connecticut office of Kaufman Dolowich, an AV-rated® firm seeks a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in the Connecticut Courts to join our Employment & Labor team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from inception through resolution.
Handle extensive discovery practice.
Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
Communicate with clients and provide status reports.

Qualifications:
3+ years of employment litigation, commercial litigation, professional or general liability experience preferred.
Experience handling litigation in federal and state court in Connecticut.
Experience developing strategy, drafting pleadings, taking/defending depositions, arguing motions and the capability of working independently.
JD from an ABA accredited law school.
Admitted to practice in Connecticut.
