*Duties of the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist candidate would include:* * opening case files in our case management system * handling, directing/transferring incoming calls on a multi-line system, taking messages and provide information, as needed * greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner * assist with and sort incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, FedEx * data entry * copying, scanning * maintaining pantry inventory *Law office experience* would be helpful.
Office and Administrative experience necessary.
*Requirements of ideal candidate:* * working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (_Word, Excel, Outlook_) * excellent typing skills with attention to detail * friendly and outgoing * excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn new tasks * flexibility with hours to ensure coverage in the department * experience with multiple line phone system * proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role is preferred Hours are 9:30am-5:30pm or 10am - 6pm.
